World Physical Therapy Day: new materials for 2015
WCPT award recipients
Individuals who have made outstanding contributions to physical therapy were recognised at the WCPT Awards Gala Dinner and WCPT Congress held in Singapore last month.
Norwegian physical therapist Kari Bø was awarded the Mildred Elson Award, the highest honour that WCPT can bestow, for her highly influential work in women's health. Diana Hiscock, a physical therapist from the UK, was presented with the WCPT Humanitarian Service Award 2015 and the work of Padmani Mendis from Sri Lanka in the field of community based rehabilitation (CBR) was recognised with the WCPT Leadership in Rehabilitation Award.

Global Alliance for Musculoskeletal Health of the Bone and Joint Decade (BJD): this summit will be held 8th - 9th October 2015 in Oslo, Norway. The Scientific Program Committee is currently seeking the submission of abstracts of original contributions on any topic related to injuries, diseases or complaints in the musculoskeletal system. Australasia-Pacific Post-Polio Conference - Polio: Life Stage Matters: to be held in Sydney, Australia 20th - 22nd September 2016. The aim of this international conference is to exchange knowledge about the diagnosis and treatment of the post-polio condition in different age groups to best preserve functioning throughout life. Estamos capacitados para brindarles Asesoramiento y/o Trámites para la Presentación de las declaraciones juradas de IRPF/IASS e IVA 2014.
Para acceder a este servicio, los profesionales interesados deben presentar los siguientes documentos:
Trabajadores dependientes:
- Datos personales completos (nombre, C.I., dirección, teléfono, dirección de correo electrónico).
- Fotocopia cédula de identidad.
- Resumen/es de ingresos del año 2014 (proporcionado por la/s empresa/s).
- Recibos de sueldo del año 2014.
- Comprobantes de pagos a la CJPPU (Caja de Profesionales) en caso de aportar a dicha caja, en qué categoría está y si estuvo todo el año 2014 en la misma categoría.
- Comprobantes de pagos al Fondo de Solidaridad.
- Comprobantes de pagos al Adicional de Solidaridad (Si corresponde).
- Comprobantes de pago de alquiler o BHU. En caso de alquiler, adjuntar contrato o datos completos del arrendador.
- Si tiene hijos menores y/o discapacitados a cargo. En caso afirmativo, adjuntar datos personales completos de cada uno y el porcentaje de deducción declarado.
Si hace libre ejercicio de la profesión agregar:
- Número de RUT
- Anticipos de IRPF e IVA del año
- Boletos de pagos de Fonasa de todo el ejercicio
- Domicilio en DGI
Costo de este servicio:
Si se opta por realizar una declaración (IRPF o IVA), el costo por cada una es de $ 1000,00.
Si se opta por realizar las dos declaraciones juntas (IRPF e IVA), el costo por ambas es de $ 1.500,00.
Para los socios de AFU a estos aranceles se le aplica una bonificación del 20%:
Si se opta por realizar una declaración (IRPF o IVA), el costo por cada una es de $ 800,00.
Si se opta por realizar las dos declaraciones juntas (IRPF e IVA), el costo por ambas es de $ 1.200,00.
